It is really well located, close to the train station, tram lines and Little Tokyo (a neighbourhood you must visit). Even though the location is near the main station's train tracks, the sound isolation is superb. We enjoyed uninterrupted sleep throughout our stay, undisturbed by neither the passing trains nor trams. We stayed in the 5th floor. The room is great given its price. The beds are comfortable and you get different pillows depending on whether you like them soft or firm. Bathroom is beautiful and clean. You get a kettle, with coffee and tea. Wifi signal was great as well, even using the regular free wifi provided (there is a faster premium connection available). We held multiple "Teams" calls without any issues. Staff is great and helpful. If you require anything from them at any time, they will be sure to help you. Their assistance added to the overall positive experience of our stay. It's important to mention that the room is not cleaned every day (including towels) unless you really require it to be. We usually keep the same towels for at least 3 days so it was no problem for us. We also didn't get the breakfast option, but from what we saw it included assorted bread, fruits, eggs, cheese, ham, coffee, etc.

The hotel was lovely, most of the staff were friendly, just not the breakfast staff. The hotel is very clean and welcoming. We stayed with my daughters football team and it had so much space for us to meet up with them as there was 32 of us all together. The hotel were happy for us to be together. Very helpful reception staff

The Hotel is very good, room spacious, common hall is comfortable, shower works perfectly fine and bed is really comfortable. Price is good for the quality of the facilities.

Fantastic location for transport links. Short walk to great restaurants, bars and the old town. Good value for money, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast.

The room is just right for a night or maybe two or max. 3. The bed was comfy, soft, and quite big for 1 person, or for 2 maybe medium size (but they even have extra blankets I guess under the wardrobe). And even in a little bit of a small room, the price is quite cheap but I highly recommend it! Initially I lowered my expectations because this is a chain business. But then my expectations were exceeded! I think I'd like to stay again if I need to go to Düsseldorf again! The location is super perfect from the HBF is only 5m by foot without even crossing the streets. But still, the room is tightly closed and soundproof (Yes, even though in the early hours of the morning like at 2/3/4 you can still hear the sound of the train, it's not too noisy). Just ask nicely to the receptionist that you prefer the room near the street instead of window facing the train tracks. The breakfast was nice even though it was not so special. But I recommend you just get breakfast-package at the hotel instead of running to the HBF for a 5€ sandwich even for sure you'll have more choices. But I prefer and like to enjoy and save my time and energy!
